I absolutely love my 2013 Focus ST. I've had it just a little over a month now and I love it even more every day. This car is truly exceptional and is a BLAST to drive.

Jason in service was kind enough to put me in touch with the guys from H&R springs when they were looking for a car to do some measurements on for some of their products and its been fun to talk to those guys too. The dude back in the detail area did a phenominal job on my car the day I brought it back for the Xylon treatment. I was sad to even drive it out of the bay because it was pouring down rain. Man it looked good, and I can't wait until the weather gets nicer and it can look like that in the summer sun.

I had an amazing experience at Diehl Ford. A little back ground, last week I backed into a post and it broke the passenger side tail light on my ford Escape. Friday I stop by Diehl Ford to get an estimate on what the parts would be and how much it would be to have it installed. I started in the service department, that 's where I was used to going to to have the routine service done on my Escape. You also need to know that I did not buy my Ford Escape at Diehl Ford but have taken it there for all the service. One of the guys in the
service department walked me over to the parts department and explained to the guy in the parts department what I needed. The parts guy was very friendly and said he needed the VIN number from the vehicle to make sure he got the right tail light kit so we got that number and he looked up the part told me that it would be $80.04 with tax and that he could have the part here in 1 day. I didn't order it right then and there because I wanted to check with my husband to see if there was somewhere else he may want to have the work done at. My husband said it was up to me seeing I was going to be the one without a vehicle while the work was being done. So Monday, yesterday, late in the afternoon I
called the Diehl Ford parts department and had the tail light kit ordered.
The parts guy said that he would call when it was in but was sure they would have it the next day. I then asked to be transferred to the body shop to schedule an appointment to have the work done. The guy in the body shop said I really didn't need an appointment, it wouldn't take very long to install the tail light kit so just come in whenever it was convenient for me. I received a call first thing this morning from the parts department letting me know that the tail light kit was in and I could pick it up any time. I went in this afternoon, picked up the part and went to the body shop. I explained to the guy at the desk at the body shop why I was there, expecting to be told they wouldn't be able to do it right then and there. I was prepared to stay, took my Nook so I could read. He smiled and said he would take care of it right away.
Within 10 minutes he was back with the broken tail light in hand asking me if I wanted to take the old on with me. He had also taken the time to rub out some marks around the tail light that I thought I would have to get some rubbing compound to try and remove them. When I asked him what I owed for the work he smiled and said there was no charge. It has been a very long time since I have had such a great customer service experience like this. I felt like I had to boost and pass on the KOUDOS to Deihl Ford regarding the
great team they have. Thank you so much for making my day.
